Digital image licenses

Upon purchase, Creative Sol Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital file(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted to the original purchaser and may not be shared or transferred.

• Print and display the file(s) for personal enjoyment in your home
• Use for personal gifts (e.g. printing for a friend or family member)
• Use in personal, non-monetized digital spaces (e.g. personal blog wallpaper, private social profile)
• Print unlimited copies for your own personal use

• Sell, resell, or profit from the file(s) or any products made using them
• Use on products intended for sale (mugs, t-shirts, prints, etc.)
• Share, distribute, or sublicense the digital file(s) to any third party
• Claim the design as your own or remove any watermarks or credits
• Upload to print-on-demand platforms (e.g. Redbubble, Printify, Printful)

All intellectual property rights in the digital file(s) remain solely with Creative Sol Studio. This license grants you usage rights only — not ownership of the design or file.

Due to the digital nature of these files, all sales are final. Please review product previews carefully before purchasing.

Upon purchase of a Commercial Use License, Creative Sol Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital file(s) in physical or digital end products that you create and sell. This license is granted to the original purchaser (individual or single business entity) only.

• Use the file(s) on physical products you sell (e.g. mugs, tote bags, t-shirts, greeting cards, stickers)
• Sell products featuring the design on platforms such as Etsy, Amazon Handmade, or your own website
• Use on print-on-demand platforms (e.g. Printify, Printful) for your own shop
• Use in digital products you sell, such as digital planners, Canva templates, or social media graphics (as a design element, not a standalone resale)
• Use for your business marketing materials (e.g. flyers, social posts, business cards)
• Sell up to 500 end product units per design — need more? Contact us for an extended license.

• Resell, share, or sublicense the original digital file(s) as-is — the license covers end products only
• Sell or transfer this license to another person or business
• Use in mass production exceeding 500 units without purchasing an extended license
• Claim ownership of the original design or remove Creative Sol Studio credits
• Use for large corporations, national brands, or government contracts (contact us for enterprise licensing)

All intellectual property rights in the digital file(s) remain solely with Creative Sol Studio. This license grants commercial usage rights only — not ownership of the underlying design or artwork.

Attribution to Creative Sol Studio is not required on end products but is always appreciated. You may not imply that your products are officially endorsed or created by Creative Sol Studio.
