Terms of Sale
Section 01
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Creative Sol Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases — physical products, digital downloads, and services — made through our store.

Products & services
We offer three categories of products:
Physical products
Printed and tangible goods shipped to a domestic US address.
Digital downloads
Files delivered electronically upon confirmed payment.
Services / subscriptions
Creative services rendered per agreed scope and timeline.
Section 03
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Sales tax may apply based on your location in accordance with South Carolina tax law.
Section 04
Shipping & delivery
Physical orders are shipped to domestic US addresses only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Creative Sol Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Digital products are delivered electronically within a short time of payment confirmation. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
Section 05
Refund & return policy
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, or digital products once delivered.
Print errors — our mistake, our responsibility
If your order arrives with a verifiable print error that is the direct fault of Creative Sol Studio (e.g., wrong file printed, significant color deviation, defective print quality), we will, at our sole discretion, offer a reprint or store credit. Refunds in these cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to submit a claim
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored.
Section 06
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has begun. Once a print job or digital delivery has been initiated, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
Section 07
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, and digital files created by Creative Sol Studio remain our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership. By submitting your own files for printing, you confirm that you have the rights to use and reproduce that content and agree to indemnify Creative Sol Studio against any related claims.
Section 08
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Sol Studio's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Section 09
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
Section 10
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
